Return Policy

*Customers have responsibility to confirm all items are correct before leaving the store.

Refund/Exchange Procedure

1.     Customers can return products to us to our shop or by mail to (Room 604, Kiu Kin Mansion, 566-568A Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei)

2.     After confirming the return products are suitable to our return/exchange policy, we can contact customers to pickup.

3.     After receiving our contact/notice, customers can choose to pickup at our shop or by mail.

Refund Policy

1.     If customers’ order is over 1 month, customers may request for a refund.

2.     Other Refunds are ONLY suitable for defective products, which may return to us to confirm the quality.

3.     All Special discounted products are not suitable for refunds or exchange.

4.     Shipping fees are paid by customers.

5.     We are not responsible for any damages or lost due to shipping.

Exchange Policy

1.     All Exchanged products need to be returned and requested within 7 days purchase.

2.     All Special discounted products are not suitable for refunds or exchange.

3.     All Returned/Exchanged products need to be in new and mint conditions.

4.     Shipping fees are paid by customers, except for mistakes by us.

5.     We are not responsible for any damages or lost due to shipping.

We do Not accept Refunds or Exchanges in following conditions:

1.     Purchases over 7 days limit.

2.     Cannot present receipt from our shop.

3.     Items not listed on the receipt.

4.     Returned products not in new and mint conditions (Except for confirmed defective products)

5.     Returned products are opened.(Except for confirmed defective products)

6.     Products not provided by our shop.
